Returns

What is your return policy?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

What if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at driftathletics@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will make it right.

Fan vs Player Fit

What is the difference between Fan Version and Player Version?
Fan Version jerseys have a relaxed athletic fit and are true to size. Player Version jerseys are cut slim with a compression fit — they run approximately one size smaller. If you are between sizes or prefer a looser fit, we recommend sizing up on Player Version.

Customization

Can I add a name and number to my jersey?
Yes — custom Name + Number printing is available on products tagged with the customization option. Simply select the custom option on the product page and enter your desired name and number at checkout.

Patches

What patch add-ons are available?
For eligible jerseys, you can add official-style patches as checkbox options on the product page. Available patches include Champions League, Premier League, and Domestic Cup patches.

Care Instructions

How should I care for my jersey?
Hand wash or machine wash on a delicate/gentle cycle in cold water. Air dry only — do not tumble dry. Do not iron directly on printed graphics, numbers, or names.

Customs & Import Duties

Will I be charged customs or import fees?
Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and vary by country. Drift Athletics is not responsible for any customs fees charged upon delivery.
